Heavy Transportation Vehicles (HTVs) are the largest category of vehicles used by the state’s drivers.
In fact, the state uses about $6 billion worth of them each year, and they account for over 50% of all highway vehicles in the state.
HTVs account for about 13% of the total vehicle volume in Arkansas, and the vast majority of those vehicles are used to transport people.
This year, the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ADOT) announced that the annual wage increase for workers in the department’s Heavy Transportation Vehicle program is projected to be $4,000, a 6.4% increase from the previous year.
The wage increase is a small but significant step in the right direction.
ADOT expects that the wage increase will allow the agency to better allocate resources and better serve the needs of its drivers.
The agency is also encouraging drivers to continue to utilize the vehicles they are assigned to by ADOT.
ADAT has also increased the amount of vehicles that can be used in the program, from 3,500 to 5,000.
The ADOT Wage and Hour Division will continue to use the most efficient and effective vehicles in order to provide our drivers with the best possible service and quality of life.
ADATA is one of Arkansas’ largest trucking companies, with over 100,000 truckers employed across the state and more than a million miles of highway routes in the country.
In 2017, ADATA received a $1.5 million grant from the State of Arkansas to provide up to 10 years of overtime pay to drivers.
ADTA has also been recognized by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) as a Top Safety Employer for the third year in a row.
ADTS highest earning drivers are still working full-time to meet their daily needs and provide the highest quality of service to the public.
The average driver earns between $26,500 and $33,500 annually, and is expected to earn another $5,000 to $8,000 each year in overtime compensation.
ADT’s current $4.4 million grant will be used to fund a $2.1 million incentive program for the first half of 2018.
ADATS Wage and Cost Program allows eligible employees to earn a base salary of $30,000 for one year and $36,000 after that.
The program allows workers to earn $26.25 per hour in overtime pay for a total of $49,250.
The incentive program allows ADTs employees to receive up to $4 per hour during each overtime pay period, with the ability to increase this amount by up to 50% in the third and fourth pay periods.
The $4 incentive is part of a larger $5.5 billion grant that ADATA has made available to its workforce through the ADTA Wage and Price Program to support a wide range of programs.
ADDT’s Wage and Budget Plan calls for an average annual wage of $27,500, with overtime pay and bonuses available to employees in the $27 to $36 range.
ADTD’s Wage Price Program offers workers a $6 per hour wage increase to their current $26 hourly wage, which is an average of $5 to $7 per hour.
The Wage Price Plan will provide ADT with a total $11.6 million to pay for various programs that benefit its employees.
ADRT’s Wage Wage and Productivity Program provides workers with a $5 per hour increase to the current $23 hourly wage.
The Workforce Development Program will increase ADT workers’ base wage to $28 per hour, with bonus pay up to 40% of that amount.
The Program will also increase the minimum hourly wage for ADT employees to $27 per hour with the addition of an additional bonus pay of $3 per hour for every additional $10 earned above the minimum wage.
All of these wage and productivity programs will benefit ADT drivers.
Additional incentives will also be offered to ADTD employees to help them work more efficiently and reduce the amount that they spend on fuel, maintenance and transportation.
