An Oakland man was killed Saturday after a shooting in downtown Oakland, according to police.
A 23-year-old man was shot in the head outside of a bar about 10:30 p.m.
Saturday in the area of Broadway and Third streets, said Sgt. Scott Spack.
He was taken to a local hospital and later died.
Oakland police said the victim was inside the bar when a group of males, one of whom was armed with a handgun, entered the bar and began firing.
They then fled in an unknown direction.
No arrests have been made.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
